The energy fair took place in the Accra International Conference Centre of Ghana under the theme “Solutions to Make Energy Supply in Ghana more Reliable and Sustainable,” in line with the 2013 agenda for Sustainable Development of the U.N.

The exhibitions showcased players in diverse energy solutions including Solar, Wind, Biomass, Recycling of waste and fossil fuel. The event was attended by top government officials including Honorable Kwabena Donkor, Minister of Power and many distinguished visitors from the international market and technology leaders who showcased their latest innovations.

Global Bamboo Products participated in the renewable energy discussion showcasing bamboo fuel (Charcoal/Briquettes) as a reliable substitute for timber.
